This Privacy Policy describes how Albatroz Therapeutics Pte. Ltd. (“Albatroz Therapeutics,” “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data in connection with this website at www.albatroztherapeutics.com, or its subdomains (“Website”). It should be read together with our Terms of Use. By using this Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

SCOPE. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website only. It does not apply to any third-party website to which the Website may link, nor to information collected offline or through any other channel.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT. The Website contains no registration facility, contact form or other mechanism by which you may submit personal data to us, and we do not collect personal data that you actively provide through the Website. Our hosting provider records standard technical information in respect of each request made to the Website, including the internet protocol address from which the request originates, the type of browser and device used, the resource requested, and the date and time of the request. Such information is processed for the purposes of maintaining the availability, integrity and security of the Website, and is not used to identify individual visitors or combined with data from any other source.

CORRESPONDENCE. If you contact us by electronic mail at the address published on this Website, we will receive your message together with your electronic mail address and any other information you elect to include. Such correspondence is retained for so long as is necessary for the purposes of the business relationship to which it relates, and is thereafter deleted.

COOKIES AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. We do not place cookies on your device, and we do not operate any analytics, advertising or tracking technology on the Website. One third-party service is embedded within the Website and may receive your internet protocol address and set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy, over which we exercise no control. That service is Google Maps, which displays the map on the Contact page. You may prevent it from loading by configuring your browser or a content-blocking extension accordingly.

DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER. We do not sell personal data, and we do not disclose personal data for advertising purposes. Our hosting and electronic mail services are operated by service providers whose infrastructure is situated outside Singapore, and technical information such as an internet protocol address recorded in a server log may accordingly be processed outside Singapore. Where such transfers occur, we rely upon the contractual safeguards implemented by those providers. We may also disclose personal data where required to do so by law or by the order of a competent authority.

RETENTION. Server log information is retained for a limited period as part of ordinary security operations and is thereafter discarded. Correspondence is retained in accordance with the paragraph headed “Correspondence” above.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore, you may request access to personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control, request the correction of an error or omission in such data, and withdraw any consent previously given. SECURITY. We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to us.

CHILDREN. The Website is directed at a professional and scientific audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE. Albatroz Therapeutics reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time for any reason, which shall be effected by posting of the updated Privacy Policy to this Website. The date at the head of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last revised.
