Dr. Andreas Wallnoefer brings over 25 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including 12 years on Hoffmann-La Roche’s R&D executive leadership team.
At Roche, Andreas was Global Head of Early Development and of Cardiovascular & Metabolism R&D, led Clinical Research & Exploratory Development, and helped build Roche’s pRED Development after the Genentech integration.
Since 2015, Andreas has been a General Partner at BioMedPartners and a Partner at Jeito Capital. He has been a director of several biotech companies, including Amal Therapeutics (acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim) and EyeBio (acquired by MSD).
Andreas holds a PhD in pharmacology from the University of Basel, and an Executive MBA from IMD. He completed a clinical pharmacology fellowship at Leiden University.
